Selling homes has changed over the past few years and we all have to change with the times.
The main focus of my marketing plan is staging, professional photography and extensive internet marketing. Competitive pricing is crucial as well, however, your internet presence is key. If an agent lists your home and pops by to take a few grainy, dark snapshots, you might as well market your home on your own (FSBO)!
I hire professional photographers and I also provide free staging suggestions. I meet the photographer at each listing to make sure we get the right angles and shots.
Hint: Remove all personal items from view so that buyers can focus on the home, not the stuff you have!
After the pics are done, I begin my marketing blitz! The virtual tour is downloaded to hundreds of web sites across the US and even abroad. I cover ALL the sites that are relevant and popular, including LAURENGARDINER.COM, REALTOR.COM, RE/MAX.COM, GOOGLE REAL ESTATE.COM, CRAIGSLIST, OODLE, TRULIA, ZILLOW AND HOMES.COM.
